What is Naci?
Translated from Spanish Naci means “to be born.”
Through daily practices and knowledge, we can be reborn again and again and grow through the experiences that restrict us from our potential. We can heal, one step at a time, being reborn into the next version of ourselves.
Where we begin, doesn’t have to be where our story ends.
About Me
Hi, I’m Jessica Corriveau, founder of Naci Wellness.
For 8 years, I worked hands-on with people living with chronic pain, acute injuries, life-altering illnesses, fibromyalgia, and hereditary disorders. On the table, I watched them wrestle with the same frustrations, fears, and breakthroughs again and again. And while I helped them find relief, I also felt a growing tension: I wasn’t allowed to speak about anything beyond their physical bodies. But pain isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and nervous system-deep. I knew there had to be more.
So I created Naci Wellness—a space where the mind and body are finally allowed to speak in the same space. Where pain isn’t feared or fought against, but gently listened to. Where healing isn’t a fix, it’s a relationship.
My Story
I haven’t experienced chronic physical pain, but I do know disconnection. I’ve felt numbness, anxiety, depression, the ache of not feeling at home in my body. For me, movement became the medicine. Not strict workouts or perfect posture—just play. Dance. Falling on my face and realizing I’m still enough.
I was very lucky during some dance classes to have partners who would catch me before I took myself (or both of us) down. Thank you to those individuals!
What helped me feel whole again was permission. Permission to move with curiosity. To fail and laugh. To listen when my body said “not today,” and to trust it when it whispered “you’re ready.”
What I Believe
Working with hundreds of patients taught me something extraordinary: pain is not a flaw in the system. It’s a message. A protector. Your body, doing its best to keep you safe—sometimes in ways that no longer serve you. But once we understand what it's trying to say, everything begins to change.
Healing isn’t about force or fixing. It’s about love. Patience. Safety. Curiosity. It’s slow, beautiful work—and the fact that you’re here tells me you’re already doing it.
A Few More Things About Me
I love baking and cooking (especially the kind that makes your tastebuds dance).
Peeking into my living room window you might witness a solo dance party that looks more like flailing than any particular choreography.
I’m a bit of a gamer (PlayStation, anyone?) and I live for beach walks and witchy fiction novels. I am also an amateur violinist.
And above all, I believe every hard moment carries a lesson. That pain is not the end of the story—just the part where you discover something new about yourself.
What I Hope You Feel Here
I want you to feel seen.
I want you to feel safe.
I want you to feel hopeful—that things can change.
That you’re not broken, and you never were.
That healing is possible, even if it’s slow.
That you can feel at home in your body again.
