🌿 What You’ll Learn Inside the Course
Over four modules, you’ll move from disconnection and confusion to clarity, confidence, and connection.
Module 1: Understanding Your Pain — Learn How Pain Really Works
Most people are taught to fear pain—but what if pain is actually a protective message from your body? In this module, you’ll learn the science of pain in a way that’s easy to understand and deeply empowering. We'll explore how pain is processed, why it can persist even without injury, and how changing your relationship with it can begin the healing process.
Module 2: Safety First — Creating the Conditions for Relief
Healing starts with safety, not pushing through. This module will help you create a foundation of calm and emotional security. You’ll learn how to identify your body’s signals, reduce overwhelm, and build your own “safety toolkit” using breath, orientation, and gentle awareness practices.
Module 3: Reintroducing Movement Without Fear
Movement is medicine—but only when it feels safe. In this module, we’ll gently explore ways to move that awaken curiosity and comfort, not fear. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to rebuild trust in your body, notice how pain shifts with attention and breath, and create new pathways for movement that feel good.
Module 4: Rebuilding Communication Between Brain + Body
Disconnection often shows up as numbness, confusion, or anxiety in the body. Here, we begin rebuilding the internal lines of communication—helping you recognize patterns, listen to your needs, and respond with compassion. You’ll discover how to access your “inner witness” and integrate your emotional, mental, and physical selves in daily life.
Module 5: Healing Is Ongoing — How to Keep Listening
Healing isn’t a finish line—it’s a relationship. In this final module, you’ll learn how to maintain progress through flares, create personal rituals of movement and reflection, and stay in loving dialogue with your body over time. You’ll leave this module with a custom movement + regulation toolkit and a deep sense of self-trust.
Who this is for ….
This course is for you if:
You’ve been living with persistent or unexplained pain, tension, or body discomfort for over 6 months. This includes pain that comes and goes, pain that persists no matter what, and pain that flares with the weather, specific dates or events.
You have tried massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, meditation, and while it helps for a short period, the results never last and it leaves you wanting more.
You feel disconnected from your body and you're scared to start looking inward alone.
You are afraid to move. Every time you do it triggers a flare and you feel like you would have been better off if you hadn’t done anything in the first place.
You’re curious about healing but overwhelmed by where to start.
You want something gentle, educational, and trauma-aware.
Who this is NOT for ….
This is not for you if:
You are seeking a “quick fix,” sorry I don’t do botox injections
You want someone to pressure you to do more and push through or ignore the discomfort. That’s not going to happen here.
If your pain has stuck around for less than 3 months… you more the likely don’t need my course. Instead, you need to give your body time to heal. If you are still curious send me a message and we can book a free consult call. Together, we can determine your next best move for your body.
Healing takes time—and this course honors that process.

This course is not a replacement for those modalities—it’s a bridge between them. While physical therapy focuses on biomechanics, yoga on movement patterns, and talk therapy on processing thoughts and emotions, this course addresses the felt experience of pain and how your nervous system, body, and mind interact. It blends pain science education, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement to help you build a safe, compassionate relationship with your body.
-
Yes… and no. What I will teach you may look and feel similar to traditional “exercises” but will be focused primarily on your comfort and what movement is available to you. You’ll be guided through gentle, exploratory movements designed to help your body feel safe and supported again. These practices focus on awareness, breath, and nervous system regulation, not intensity or performance. Think of them as invitations to move with curiosity, rather than routines to push through.
-
Absolutely. Many people experience ongoing tension, fatigue, or shutdown without labeling it as “chronic pain.” If you feel disconnected from your body or afraid to move, this course is here to help you return to ease, connection, and confidence—whether you use the word "pain" or not.
-
You’re not alone—this course is designed for those moments. Every practice is gentle, optional, and adaptable. You’ll be guided to listen to your body and move at your own pace, with no pressure to “push through.” We build safety first by establishing your individual baseline and encourage from there.
-
The course is fully self-paced and flexible. Most people spend about 30–60 minutes a week, broken into short lessons and practices (10–20 minutes each). You can move as slowly or quickly as you need. This isn’t about keeping up—it’s about listening to what your body needs.
While the course requires time to learn, there are recommendations with the tools I will teach you to use through the week consistently, that will take seconds - minutes each day, multiple times a day. Remember, rewiring a nervous system doesn’t happen instantly. Consistent practice will get you results quicker.
-
This course is designed to support a wide range of persistent pain experiences, including back pain, neck tension, old injuries, or body discomfort that doesn’t have a clear diagnosis. While it’s not a substitute for medical care, it provides a trauma-informed and body-based approach that helps many people reduce pain by changing how their brain and body interpret and respond to it.
If you are still unsure, message me and lets book a consult call. That way I can make specific recommendations for your best options on how to proceed.
-
Yes. The course is designed with exactly that in mind. You’ll never be asked to push through pain or discomfort. Instead, you’ll be guided to move gently, rest when needed, and learn new ways to interpret and respond to pain signals. Many people find that simply listening to the practices and playing them out in their minds can bring ease and connection.
-
That’s wonderful—this course can complement and deepen the work you’re already doing. Many people find it helpful to bring what they’re learning here into their therapy sessions or physical rehab.
If you’re unsure how this fits into your current plan, you’re welcome to reach out and I can help you decide if it’s the right time.
-
Nope! All you need is space and a bit of curiosity. No prior experience with somatics, yoga, or therapy is necessary—just a willingness to explore gently.
-
If you begin the course and feel it’s not the right fit within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund—no questions asked. I want you to feel supported and safe in your decision.
-
The coaching add-on gives you personalized, 1:1 support alongside the course. You’ll receive one or two private sessions (depending on the package you choose), where we can explore your specific challenges, adjust the practices to your needs, and offer deeper guidance as you reconnect with your body. It’s a space to feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that’s just for you.
