Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Naci Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality resources and services to support your healing journey. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, cancellations, and rescheduling for our digital courses and coaching services.

2. Digital Courses – Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have engaged with the course content and attempted the practices provided.

    • This includes submitting completed worksheets and responding to a refund request questionnaire, detailing:

      • Why the course did not meet your expectations.

      • What was missing or unhelpful for your situation.

  • Courses that are 100% completed are not eligible for a refund.

Process:

  • Email your refund request to info@naciwellness.com with:

    • Purchase receipt number.

    • Email address linked to your account.

    • Completed worksheets.

    • Completed refund questionnaire.

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

    • Transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions:

  • No partial refunds.

  • No refunds after 30 days.

3. Coaching Services – Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

Refunds:

  • All coaching services are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows are subject to the following:

    • One-time exception to reschedule per client.

    • After the one-time exception is used, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, with no option to reschedule.

    • Exceptions will be considered for medical emergencies.

  • To cancel or reschedule, email info@naciwellness.com with your session details.

4. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed in good faith to be fair and transparent. Naci Wellness complies with applicable consumer protection laws based on the business's operating region. For digital products and services, standard ecommerce refund practices apply.

Naci Wellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via website updates.
